I have been familiar with your company for years; I even used Infousa years ago. I decided to do this primarily because of the way Bob handled his contacts and my request for follow-up. I have had the exact opposite with Exact data and would never use them because of the harassment of their sales efforts.

It was very easy to place the order. I gave my rep the parameters of my lists and I had the quote super fast! However, what was most important to me was I had shared that the approval process for my organization is very slow and that I would let her know if we were moving forward or not in 2 weeks or so. Unlike other companies where i have been badgered and harassed every day with emails and calls, my rep patiently waited for me to get back to her. This is why I will continue to purchase from Data Axle

Be absolutely sure Data Axle understands the specific data you need. Otherwise, they'll send data that in their system describes who you need to reach, but when you find the data is irrelevant to your marketing needs, they'll "credit" you with other contacts that also don't meet your needs. They CAN purchase data from sources that DO have the data you need, but they will NOT apply your credit toward purchasing that data.
