At first the list that was provided was totally unsatisfactory however after I followed up and within 2 days I got a new list that is excellent

The designer list we purchased is not valid and only about 10% are correct
Jameka was very professional and supportive of our request. She kept us updated on the progress of our order and pricing.
We ordered a “fully vetted” mailing list of 200 addresses out of which 5 were duplicates and 21 were returned as undeliverable. Our sales contact first implied that we did not filter our list appropriately and then asked for the returned addresses. On reviewing them, they let me know that it was well within the 80% success rate. This rate is not in their sales material but is in the small print right before they run your card. I would be out of business if I ran mine at 80%. They did offer a “credit” for the duplicate addresses. I have a huge distaste for any company that first attempts to blame the customer and then states it was in the terms to justify their poor performance. I would definitely not recommend them - poor product and no ownership or integrity.
The leads were all fake and fraudulent. The phone numbers were no longer in service, and or contact info was incorrect.
