Terri was super helpful, and followed up in a timely manner, and also followed up after the sale and we realized one or two adjustments needed to be made and she did so with professionalism and enthusiasm. Very much enjoyed the experience!

The list of addresses from Data Axle was not quite what I was looking for. Even after excluding franchises, many of the businesses were still large, commercial chains rather than privately owned restaurants. I also noticed a lot of duplicates, with the same business appearing multiple times just for different locations. I was hoping for a list with more unique, independently owned restaurants to better target my marketing efforts.

My representative did not have the knowledge to help me. We spoke several times for over a week. I explained to him (Connor) exactly what I needed and what I was planning to do. He agreed to what I expressed and I paid my printer to design Postcards and then it was rejected and I was given all the rules after the fact. My experience was horrible and disappointing. Data Axle is requesting additional information, but I do not know what else I can say. Again, Connor and I discussed what I wanted to mail out, we spoke about a speciality list and he had plenty of time to discuss what the guidelines were. We spoke on the phone at least 5 times. If he would of done his job, I would not have paid my printer to do the art work and print the material to be rejected. If he knew what was acceptable and shared that with me, I would of had the graphics done to satisy the rules.
