Needed a replacement part for my 2011 Excel EXL-1. I called Customer Service and they were able to locate the exact OE part I was looking for. I received the part a week later and it fit perfectly! Thank you.

Tim was very nice and did respond to my emails. A long tail piece took weeks and weeks to order. I understand that the part probably came from overseas ....but it doesn't reflect well on the company. Also....the reason for it breaking....just sitting in the case does not speak well for the material or craftsmanship. I do love the guitar however.

I still have not received my order although it was supposed to have been delivered four days ago. It's a birthday gift and I'm very disappointed it's so late.

Like the guitars.

My DC/mini is a perfect size/weight. However, while strapped and playing, guitar body is too light to keep guitar in playing position. Also, mine is hard to tune for consistant results up the fretboard.

I ordered a T-shirt from D'Angelico. I was pleased to receive it in a timely manner. The quality of the shirt is excellent. I am the proud owner of a 2016 D'Angelico EXL1 Excel which I bought used. I'm very happy with the guitar. My poor Gibson ES175 seldom comes out of it's case anymore.

As I just purchased a Supra amp, I thought having a t-shirt to show my pride in what I'd purchased would be a good idea. The website was easy to order from, the shirt came quickly, and I'm pleased with the product!

You guys did great at shipping me my new stair step tailpiece. However, on receiving my new, nicer, beefier Tailpiece, I can’t help thinking that there had been problems with the original, (mine tore off at the hinge, having been mostly in the case, never gigged, never dropped.). At any rate, the new unit is noticeably thicker gauge metal, more plating, and all around nicer.

EXCELLENT Customer service! Great communication and superman fast shipping. Plus an excellent truss rod cover. D'Angelico always exceeds my expectations.

You could have included the screws for the truss rod cover. How cheap can you get?

The part was finally available!! Having this gold stairstep truss rod cover makes the whole guitar so much more beautiful.

I love my Premier DC Semi Hollowbody, and I now love the leather strap that finishes the look while having great padding and comfort. I wish you had more branded items

I ordered a new long stair step tailpiece to replace one with a cracked hinge and it came fairly quickly. The mounting holes, however, needed to be drilled out as the provided screws were too large in diameter to go thru the casting. The screws also had very soft Phillip's heads that were easily deformed (even with the correct driver) as they were screwed in. I would have appreciated an extra set of screws so I could install the best of the bunch rather than make do with the couple that easily stripped and got rough heads. I guess I'll find some real brass screws online and replace them.
