Initially, I was pleased with the fast shipping and the good quality of the product. However, I must deduct one star due to a delay in delivery and the condition of the original box, which was dusty and damaged. Despite these issues, the product itself is in good condition. Edit 22/05/2024 It broke after one month…. such expensive equipment and already broke after maybe ten uses….. The switch on/off is broken, so I can’t completely turn it off; I have to unplug it… I can’t send it back as I will be left with a big hole in the table, and I’m booked already! Avoid. I’ve spent so much and have broken gear after one month! I will never buy anything from them! Edit 30.05 The shop contacted me quickly, but I had to resolve the problem myself. I was advised to clean the dust collector inside as the switch might be covered in dust. My husband unscrewed it and discovered that the new collector's switch was already broken (answer why the original box was damaged...). My other option was to send it back and wait for a replacement, but as a growing business, I cannot afford to be left in a large hole in my working table and, as a result, have to cancel clients for god knows how long... I've got the feeling that they care only about removing negative comments, as I have been asked a couple of times for it but have not received any compensation and just received advice about what can be broken. My husband fixed it, not the shop. I would give 2,5, but I can't do it, and three is too much. I definitely will not buy anything here again.
