Every time I shop at Dana Beauty Shop I have a good experience. Products arrive in good packaging and intact. I also always get a free gift which is really nice and thoughtful. This time unfortunately one product was missing from my package and I have messaged them on instagram to let them know about it. Within 3 days I had my missing product delivered. Really good customer service, they called me to apologise and to let me know that they have posted the product. Honestly I cannot recommend them enough. Off I go now to order some more products 🥰😅
