Rubbish. Expensive mobile calls.no quality. Noise on call. Breaking. Making a call to already connected person. Overcharging.
The service is very good, though there is room for improvement. All call under 15 seconds should automaticly be not charged, after all if a customer call saying they didn't get through, you would remove the charge. Also if you offer a discount for a customer, he/she should not have to enter some discount code. To often the place to enter the code is not obvious or the customer forgets to enter it when buying additional talk time. Otherwise I've been using your service for few years with complete satisfaction. Thanks, A. Baranowski

Everywhere in the world I go I look for the local "Czesc Polska" number and then I just pay for the local connection from the "to go phone", which of course I add to the account. Then just the fantastic speed dial is same. Life is so easy with Czesc Polska.
