Excellent service - cheaper than local calls! Easy and convenient top-ups online! The only suggestion I have is to include a low credit warning message 1 minute before being cut off the call, rather than immediately before &/or a real-time update of credit on the online account. Otherwise, perfect!

I started to use ChescPolska about 3 years ago. Ablsolutly the best. Cheap calling rates, No experation date on your purchase, so refill bought a year ago works until you run out to zero. Easy refills, manual or automatic. EXCELLENT customer service. I called them several times over the years and each time the phone was answered fast and issue resolved. Last time I was at the airport boarding and had trouble getting thru to Europe. Called them and within two minutes I was on a phone with my father. I hope CzescPolska will always be there as as good as up to now. I also bought a pin to call UK about a year and a half ago. Still use the same refill since I call only to reserve a hotel.
