Yesterday, July 17, 2020, I called a cell phone in Poland in the morning (the middle of the day in Warsaw). The reception was extremely poor, there was a lot of static and the call was dropped several times to be completely cut off. Very disappointing!.
Rates need to be more reasonable, especially for cellphone connections.
