I have been using CzescPolska for over 10 years. Easy, seamless website/app. never problem with billing. Never had ANY problem with calls nor the quality of connection. On a few occasions, I needed to reach CS and was able to reach them via email and tel. call.

You are moving the Payment Date based on low minutes remaining and you are probably doing this on a regular basis which is profiting your company and ripping customers off. I am cancelling my subscription and going with Viber Out
Fast transfer. But it is costly.
