Ordered a high spec pc for gaming and on arrival was easy enough to set up but not so easy to operate. Coming from console gaming to this was a mistake. I thought my tech skills were pretty good and soon realised the pc had me beat and I regretted my purchase. I actioned the ‘change of mind policy’ and emails were promptly answered by Jacob who took me through the process. I returned it by DPD with full insurance and tracked it until it’s arrival at the warehouse and was kept updated through its inspection and a prompt full refund followed. Jacob was polite and helpful and a credit to the company. I recommend the company based on customer care and the change of mind policy. Although be aware of the cost of returning as you will be arranging that yourself if you do change your mind but at least that option is available.

Very happy with my PC tower, everything worked fine. Obviously much quicker than what I had, but I was still surprised when I first used it. Only snag was getting my internet up and running, couldn't get a wifi connection with my broadband router. Eventually purchased another wifi usb adapter which worked first time.

My current PC was old and tired and it was time to let it rest and get a newer hybrid type setup to accommodate gaming with study. Had no idea who to talk to in terms of organisations, so looked around. Saw a lot of positive feedback for CyberPowerPC UK so sent an email with my requirements - Curtis was the person who responded and we exchanged several emails, fine tuning my requirements. The output was, that I was so impressed with the assistance from Curtis, that I purchased a new PC - it has now arrived and does look fab! I feel confident that if I have any blips in the future with the PC, they will be more than happy to assist.

I am very happy with my order! the pc is great and it came exactly how I ordered it! It arrived safely and within the predicted time, and the set up video and the quick start guide were very helpful!

arrived well packaged, worked with ease out of the box since the tutorial was very good, very easy to do the whole process! cons: blue screened twice on boot (in over a month of daily use), and i would like the component boxes with my order +PROS: also this place is WAY better value for money than other pre built sites (after alot of research), and their discord group is very helpful :3c (proof im not a bot)

Very responsive and answered all questions. The only thing i didn't like was the inability to upgrade your delivery date. I was under the impression that if it shipped on Friday i would receive it but now i have to wait until Monday.

Good and easy

Fast build time, intuitive website, tools for people who haven't built a pc and what I particularly liked was how I was updated every step of the way with an email, and I could even get more information about what happened on each step.

Had issues with my order as my details on paypal were out of date and could not accept the box as I was not receiving my pin. The computer was returned and I had to re-order it. Following that, everything was straightforward.

My son was building a pc and had alot of questions and some changes after the order, the communication and replies were quick, they were so helpful and understanding, used them before and would definitely recommend.

Speedy assembly and delivery. Not quite everything as I expected and there was a cable tie loose in the system which got caught in the fan on start up!
