The wiring was done badly and isnt even connected to the front usb ports. But the wiring is so tight ill have to take back the entire computer to fix it The computer randomly freezes and turns off 3-4 times a day so something is messed up there too Cant even send it back to get it fixed as too busy in life, tho i hear even if u send stuff back they take a month then send u the item without repairing it anyway Can't say ill be ordering from this company again

Quick updates and communication, so far so good. Will update after delivery... If you hear nothing it means all good lol Edit* Delivery failed due to DPD not being able to read an address. I had to take off the afternoon from work to recieve delivery and was at home at the right time looking out the window. Then I recieve a 'sorry we missed you' email with a photo of the front door. Not my front door I might add... I did not recieve a phone call or anything. I am absolutely fuming. Obviously the courier is a moron, but this also reflects badly on their employer in my opinion and now I have to make other arrangements. My time is money so therefore any money I saved shopping at Cyberpower has been lost this afternoon.

Great customer service with fast replies

I'd needed a new gaming PC for a while due to several issues affecting my previous build, and CyberPower were fantastic at not only answering my initial queries but also advising me on the build, itself. Good communication from the initial message right through the ordering and delivery process, and I'm so far very happy with the purchase.

Update: There was some miscommunication from CyberPower support about replacing a faulty product, a "simple swap" is what they said. Upon receipt of the returned original item, CyberPower informed me that they did not have a replacement and there was no ETA. They offered lower spec devices or the same spec device for £200 more. I said that this was unacceptable as I would not have agreed to a replacement if there was no replacement... I asked if they could return the original back to me and they said that they could not. Upon escalation of this issue, CyberPower agreed to send back the original within a day. They resolved the issue they created promptly and to my satisfaction, which is why I have rated them a high 4 stars. If there were no problems, they would have retained the original 5 stars. Exceptional customer support. 1. They have a phone number you can call for support enquiries (luxury these days). I did not have to wait at all for a human and there were no unnecessary menus or robots. 2. They have been very helpful and understanding of the (manufacturer) issues I have had. 3. My order arrived promptly.

Quick Delivery. I was thinking of building the PC myself but I decided why not just pay a little more and save myself the hassle. It all arrived very quickly and everything works perfectly. The PC is also a beast!

Very well priced and looks great, been running very well, one of the fans was a bit noisy after 2 weeks but they agreed to send a replacement out next day so couldn't ask for better service
