I never had to talk to customer service as yet. But my lights on my PC do go off, when I restart my pc they do come back on. I don’t know if this is normal or not. I am happy with my purchase, that’s reason for the 5*. Thanks again!

As promised, i items arrived, worked out of the box and gave no problems. This would probably have been a 5 star but the experience with the stupid carrier has dragged it down, original 1 star still below. I do have to thank customer service for finding out where my delivery had gone when DPD were about as forthcoming as a rock. I would love to give a proper review but seeing as your carrier seems to have misplaced my package, unfortunately it's one star as I have nothing to look at to tell whether I am happy with your service or not

Straight forward to deal with, regular updates on the progress and friendly professional staff when I collected the PC.
Bought a custom build which has been running perfectly since 29th September. Corsair 3500X RGB case RTX 4070 Super GPU Ryzen 7 7700 CPU Corsair H150i Elite LCD AIO 4 extra Corsair QX120 fans Can’t fault the build or the components. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star review is because I specified an MSI gpu, when it arrived it had an ASUS installed. This was an apparent ‘upgrade’ (despite it still being a 4070 super). I don’t really like ASUS as a brand due to their awful customer service and wasn’t told the GPU would be different.
Absolutely phenomenal customer service I had a few issues with the pc at first but with perseverance and the quick emails back from the customer service team managed to get it working they were very kind and was very helpful and told me what to do and gave guides if I was struggling absolutely outstanding and is a fantastic business run by fantastic, enthusiastic people! Recommended!
