First time I turned it on it crashed. Eventually it wouldn’t stop crashing; customer support contacted me and they were quick, to rectify the situation, they picked up my pc (free of charge) replaced my hard drive and sent it back and now my new pc runs like a dream.

I placed my order on the 22/10/2024, and my order was delivered 31/10/2024 with no hassle from delivery at all. The customer service was fantastic, and any questions I had they answered immediately with an average time of reply being around 1-2 hour. I am really pleased with the PC, the build is so clean, and it runs amazingly, I made the jump from an RTX 1050 to a 4060, and the difference in quality is beyond my expectations. I am yet to put the PC to the maximum test, but I will be trying out warzone and call of duty to see what it can really do. Overall, Cyberpower PC are a really great company, supplying amazing PC's, being very easy to dust out with the slide opening panel, and really clear instructions on how to operate the PC. Thank you Cyber power for this amazing PC, could not reccomend them anymore.

Plus : A nice system. Deals with ultrawide 1440p gaming with ease, and everything else I've thrown at it. You click on something, it happens, almost before you've clicked. Arrived on time, with hardly any bloatware. Minus : Was a very loud system. One fan of four was a 3 pin fan that was plugged into a hub that was 4 pin. Result was rear fan on 100% all the time. Sounded like a jet engine. Opened it up, popped the errant fan onto it's own header on motherboard, swapped to voltage control in bios, now PC whisper quiet, can hardly tell it's on. I know that's a 'feature' of the particular case I have, but it took me 5 mins to fix, would have taken the bulider 5 seconds.

Pc arrived in great time very happy with the build.
