Cultural care keeping in touch and sending emails is what helped me through the most. The constant contact between myself and Culture Care was really helpful and calming.

We have been appreciative of the Cultural Care representatives who have supported us through the process - via texts, calls, and emails. We were pursing au pairs through two agencies when we first began the process, but quickly felt much more supported as a Host Family through the Cultural Care representatives. We also found the website was much easier to navigate than the other agency.

The most imortant thing was the suport that Cutural Care give for the au pairs, in my case I was having problens with my flight intenerary, I was in the phone for maybe half hour with a great person that only hang up after helping. Not only this suport but the emocional suport was very important, a couple days before I live my country one the staff grirls call to see if I was doing ok and maybe if I need halp with something, I thing that why CC is so great!

There is very little transparency in term of AuPair's last date of service and departure. There is nothing communicated to us. We are left to confirm and find out for ourselves. I think a better orientation is needed with Au Pairs and they should be strongly encouraged to integrate and help with family chores and not just play the part of a "Nanny" if the goal is to integrate the culture.

My experience so far has been great! The only thing I wish was better was guidance/clarity on the process for picking our Au Pair.
