We have had two kitchens from Creative kitchens Burscough, the second, in our new home has only just been completed. We went back to Tony as we were completely satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the kitchen. Our first kitchen was fitted by Graham who was brilliant and very friendly and helpful, the second was fitted by Phil who was equally as good and very helpful and obliging. Tony goes out of his way to make sure you are happy, hopefully we will not need another kitchen in the future but if we did it would be from Creative kitchens. I would definitely recommend them.

From start to finish, the communication was fantastic. Dan made the design process very easy for us and understood exactly what we wanted. Martin is an excellent kitchen fitter, very detailed and wanted to exceed expectations. We really enjoyed working with their whole team and are thrilled with the kitchen.

Over the moon with my new kitchen from Tony’s. It’s been a long time planning, almost a year, as part of a whole house refurbishment and we’ve had Tony’s expertise and patience in abundance. The showroom is fab with loads of ideas, he is always ready with ideas and alternatives until everything is just right. Another huge shout for the fitting team, again very professional, friendly, master craftsmen , attention to detail means perfection! After sales , they followed up to make sure all is to our satisfaction as I’m sure it will continue to be for many years. My 2nd kitchen off Tony I was thrilled with the first but my new one in our new home is outstanding truly skilled workmanship the lads are brill nothing is any bother to them and true to his word Tony came through for us again finished on time before our Lanzarote trip so very pleased words fail me true workmanship and manpower give them a try I have done twice in 4 years with 2 houses that speaks volumes thanks again Tony. As we made enquiries regarding the best kitchen provider, Creative Kitchen Design came highly recommended. From the offset, we liked Tony’s imaginative planning, experience and all round professionalism. Once we had committed to his services, we were really pleased that he delivered all the little details that were part of the planning. Our kitchen was completed in the time specified. From day one, we were wholly impressed with the efficiency with which the kitchen was fitted. Everything went according to the plan that was put in place and we couldn’t have asked for much more. Throughout, Tony was so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble…even when we changed our minds about a couple of things. The entire fitting team maintained a standard of excellence during the process, and a special thanks to Phil and Darren who fitted our new kitchen beautifully. Would highly recommend to anybody. From first sit down with Tony designing the kitchen to signing the kitchen off nothing was an issue. Tony has excellent knowledge and brilliant ideas, which helped us finalise our dream kitchen. The installation was outstanding, communication was continuous updating us all the time what was being done and when it was being done. The kitchen materials used are too a very high standard and not your usual standard that are used normally ( know this as work in construction!!) in certain kitchen shops. We are so happy we chose Creative Kitchen Design, as we are over the moon with our new kitchen.

Tony and the team from Creative Kitchen Design have just finished a sizeable project for my wife and I, specifically the installation of a new main kitchen and a smaller kitchen in a separate annexe. My wife and I are delighted with every aspect of the work carried out. The initial design consultations were very helpful - Tony took time to survey the site, listen to our requirements, produce detailed plans and make very constructive suggestions about how the space available could be optimised. He was also happy to refine the plans as our thinking firmed up. At no stage did we feel under pressure. From our first meeting with Tony we felt that he was genuinely interested in providing the best for his customers and we have not changed our opinion since. Indeed, we found everyone connected to the company to be friendly, courteous and committed to doing a good job. In our view Tony’s pricing was very fair. He was sensitive to cost constraints and worked with us to find ways of delivering what we wanted within our budget. That said, there may well be cheaper quotes around, but CKD kitchens do not compromise on quality and so represent excellent value for money. We were very satisfied with the quality of the units and appliances installed and the professionalism and attention to detail of all the installation team. In our experience Creative Kitchen Design is a very good company to do business with. Well worth a 5 star review!

Breach of privacy laws, unsolicited marketing emails sent to my Inbox

Albeit my job was not the largest, the care and attention to detail by Lauren and the team was beyond question. The fitter arrived as expected, he was polite friendly, approachable and provided an excellent quality end result. Will certainly use the company again and would recommend it to everyone.

I called into the showroom last week to collect a brochure and was looked after by Mark who seemed a nice enough guy. I returned the following day to make an appointment and was greeted with Lauren who had been upstairs when I arrived, she was really off with me when she appeared and sarky that I’d called out to see if anyone was around. Mark followed shortly after and said hello as he walked past, Lauren asked if we knew each other and I mentioned that I’d seen him the day before, I laughed and made a jokey comment that he’d said she was out getting breakfast for everyone. She snapped at me that she was pregnant, when he came back into the showroom she had a massive go at him for telling me she had gone out for breakfast when she had been at the midwife. This was really awkward to witness and unprofessional. Mark returned upstairs, once my appointment was made i went up - I spoke to him to apologise for inadvertently causing him problems and expressed my concerns about Lauren’s professionalism and what I’d just seen. Tuesday 15th February, our appointment with Tony was booked for 1pm, he didn’t turn up. I then spent 25 minutes trying to get through on the phone to see where he was before driving down to the showroom. Here it transpired that the appointment hadn’t been saved on the electronic booking system, Lauren was really patronising with her response, condescending and sarcastic with her apology. I commented if she hadn’t been so busy having an argument with her colleague she might have been able to give me my appointment. This descended into a slanging match on her part about my conversation with Mark and telling me as the owner of the company (though last week she was the owners daughter, promotion over the weekend?!) they didn’t need the work anyway, I agreed as I didn’t feel having to deal with her would be a positive relationship anyway. Kitchens look gorgeous, shame about front of house and the customer service. Perhaps if one is pregnant and can’t control their temper they shouldn’t be working in a customer facing role.

We had a fault with our kitchen,from the previous owner,who damaged the oven housing unit.Contacted Lauren at Creative Kitchens, and she sorted it out.Mark arrived,worked out the details,and did the job.Nothing was to much trouble,fantastic,very reliable,and efficient.If you want the best go to CREATIVE KITCHENS.from Joan & John.

Second time back at Creative Kitchens. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. You have to be patient to book a slot because they are understandably very busy. Worth the wait though.

2nd visit to CK when needed to extend original kitchen. CK took on not the nicest of jobs and have some great tradespeople, especially Mark. Would not hesitate in recommending CK as no matter what the problem, Tony will always find a solution. Great family business and would use each time .

I had a new kitchen Installed in March this year,from the moment I met Tony I was so impressed by his honesty and professionalism. Every worker that was employed by him to undertake work for me were superb,the electricians,plasterers, kitchen fitters, decorator, every single person who came into my home, were professional, caring and so hard working,at the end of every working day, my house was left tidy, never was I left in a horrible mess,and the end result, is a beautiful well planned, well fitted kitchen of the finest quality. Also the aftercare service I have received has been amazing, even though I have never had any problems, they have contacted me to make sure everything is fine. My thanks once again to Tony, Lauren, Sophie and all workers who helped to give me my dream kitchen. I would highly recommend Creative Kitchen Designs and I hope they continue with their business for many years to come.

About 9 months ago requested visit as wanted advice if dishwasher could be installed . Totally dismissive and disinterested Just sold my house but in future if kitchen requires refurbishment would be totally disinterested

When we moved in to this property the sellers told us the kitchen was two years old, it turns out it’s 12 years old! Which is a massive testament to Tony and his team of the quality of the workmanship, that a kitchen looks as good more than a decade after being fitted. We found out the kitchen was fitted by creative kitchens and I duly contacted them as we wanted a dishwasher fitted. It took a little time for Tony to get back to us (as you will know if you read my previous review) however he explained that as a small company trying to work during the pandemic things sometimes took a little longer than expected - which is perfectly reasonable, following my complaint, Tony gave me his mobile number and was always responsive to my calls for an update. After accepting the initial quote Tony came and double checked everything before ordering a replacement door for the dishwasher, checking that the colour was perfect before arranging fitting, as you can see from the attached pictures (only visible on the Google review which is identical – I can’t figure out how to add pictures to trust pilot !) the new door is completely indistinguishable from the older doors. They also fitted a shelf unit in space by the fridge, again here the workmanship is absolutely impeccable, they adjusted the plinth and moved it forward so it appears as if this shelving unit was always part of the original kitchen. I am incredibly impressed with the quality of workmanship. Additionally, the fitters were absolutely fantastic, they kept us informed about the progress and left the kitchen more spotless than they found it (I haven’t had time to finish cleaning up before they got here). I would highly recommend Tony and his team from creative kitchens for anyone wanting a new kitchen, when we get around to remodelling in a couple of years Tony will be the first person I contact to undertake this work.
