I found C K Design by driving past their premises. My wife and I decided to call in. We found a fantastic company. A quick survey visit from Tony, his total professionalism and a visit to their showroom was enough to convince us that C K design would be replacing our kitchen. A decision that was totally right. The whole team were totally terrific and dedicated to delivering exactly, a new kitchen of the highest possible quality. They were all so pleasant (and professional) all through the project. Ours is a small kitchen and we didn't think much could be done with it. How wrong we were, Tony came up with some great ideas and we now have a lovely kitchen with more cupboard space than we thought possible, a large built in fridge freezer and superb quartz worktop. Tony and his team managed everything from stripping the old kitchen out, plastering,electrics all carried out in a professional way at a very competitive price. Strongly recommend.

We bought and " I" fitted new kitchen to there design. It is lovely looking and what we wanted, Would have designed cupboards if advised differently! As fitting myself it took a while to liaise and get all parts supplied, we are still waiting after 5 months to finish but the country is locked down due to Covid 19, trying to contact designer is like banging head against brick wall, once money taken all we get is fobbed off !!

We absolutely love our new kitchen. it is completely transformed it is bright and sparkly ,excellently fitted and finished off. The workforce were very informed and helpful nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend creative kitchens to anyone thinking of having there kitchen renewed. Tony is full of ideas and knows what will look good, from start to finish brilliant company Really glad we chose them

Just had our beautiful new kitchen fitted by Tony and his team. Really pleased with the quality and workmanship from Tony's tradesmen and the attention to detail from the fitter ,also called Tony was second to none. Nothing was ever to much trouble for Tony, no matter how many times we changed our mind on the design and quartz shades (which we did often) now we have the kitchen of our dreams. Cant thank Tony and his staff enough for our stunning kitchen. Would certainty be happy to recommend Creative Kitchen Design to anyone looking for a quality kitchen at what we believe was a great price.

Mr. McNabb Burscough Creative had installed our original kitchen in 2013, just before we purchased the house. We decided to update the kitchen doors as my wife was never keen on the high gloss finish and obtained quotes from three different companies, one of which was CKD Burscough. Tony came in and showed us a number of door options but also said we could call in at his showroom to view more. We decided on the door style we liked and Tony quoted accordingly. We did inform him we were going to get more quotes as comparisons. Tony was very confident his would be the best. One company was shockingly expensive and were also expecting us to compromise on doors, suggesting fixing three slimmer doors together to make one “curved” door. So this company got nowhere near an order! The second company to quote also had issues with the curved doors but thought he could match the curve if he could take an existing door away. He also had an issue with a corner post but did not think the issues were insurmountable. Our issue was his price! Over £1000.00 more expensive than CKD. This all turned out to be a “No Brainer”, Tony had all the drawings, correct doors, corner posts, surround trims and end panels. Tony said initially six weeks but then said to be on the safe side he said to give it eight weeks. We ended up with ten weeks. We had a couple of delivery issues but these where soon sorted out to our satisfaction. Tony had given us a time scale of five days to complete once the job was started and he achieved this. The kitchen looks tremendous, and what is more important is that my wife absolutely loves it. We had three fitters blitzing the job on the first two days then just one guy (Graham) on his own doing the rest. The first three guys where not as clean and tidy as Graham. He tidied up completely at the end of each day and was particularly conscious of keeping dust down to a minimum as he worked. A great asset to Creative Kitchen Design. To look at the kitchen now you would think it was completely new and not just a refurb! I can strongly recommend CKD to anyone thinking of a replacement kitchen or just a refurb as we did. A Great kitchen at a great price!

Still waiting for Tony to deliver the trim for my oven and microwave as promised from Six weeks ago, this is an ongoing issue with him/the company, they say one thing then do another, said they were going to sort something out for the mess up with my ordered and due to the extra cost and inconvenience caused by Creative Kitchen Design, again as in my previous review/experience, If Tony says one thing hell do the opposite. Yes of cause you did, was it the same time you sent an email to inform me you’ve sent it, which I also didn’t receive, waist of time.

I had 2 AEG Ovens and dealt mostly with Craig. For the most part communication was always great, we did have a delayed delivery due to AEG issues however my Ovens were delivered, well packaged with an open and check option on arrival. I am incredibly pleased with them especially as this particular model was really difficult to source and the price was exceptional! All in all a great experience!

I can highly recommend Creative Kitchen Design and would order through them again with out hesitation. I purchased 4 AEG applicances and despite AEG messing up the order and delivery dates 3 times Craig and the team did a great job in fixing it.

A big thanks to Tony and the team kitchen and appliances arrived as planned nothing was to much trouble and we changed our plans A few times and nothing was to much trouble! The quality is second to none absolutely made up thank you. 5 star service from start to finish. Thanks so much

I brought just under £5000 worth of appliances from Creative Kitchen Design, all sorted quite quickly with no issues really, asked if they could hold the appliances on there premises and with over a month before the kitchen fitters would arrive, informed that wouldn’t be a problem, I informed them of the date I needed my appliances, informed no problem, with not hearing from them the week before I needed the appliances, I contacted them, only to be told after a day or so that they couldn’t deliver on the Friday, but would be there on the Monday, Monday turned into Wednesday, which turned into Thursday and they actually delivered my appliances the following week. Kitchen fitters had finished and left, informed it would now cost me extra due to the delay and having to come back, the fitters returned two weeks later to fit the appliances, which was another two further weeks with out a hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, not acceptable. Tony, came up with a couple of excuses and was going to sort out something for me due to the cost and inconvenience caused by Creative Kitchen Design, for someone who was so sorry for messing up the delivery, he’s not forward in getting back in touch, without me emailing him. The long and the short of it, with my experience is, if Tony is ordering your appliances don’t bother and pay the extra, get them from a proper suppliers as I’m still within for him to “SORT SOMETHING OUT FOR ME”.

I am thrilled to bits with my beautiful kitchen!!! This is the second kitchen Tony and his team have fitted (we moved house) and it is perfect! Tony and every single one of his kitchen fitters, electricians, plasterers are superb! So skilled and really lovely to work with. They made the whole experience fantastic. Ordered 4 Neff products from CKD and from initial point of contact received nothing but friendly and efficient service, not to mention competitive pricing! Nothing too much effort, even when problem found with one of ovens at point of installation, and pro-active support was given throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Creative Kitchen Design of Burscough. From the initial design meeting to the completed fitted kitchen Creative Kitchen Design were extremely good indeed. The quality of the units, the fitted appliances and the fitters are all excellent. The standard of the workmanship is very high. Every single person involved in the fitting of the kitchen (carpenter/joiner, plumber, plasterer, painter, electrician, floor layer) was highly skilled and professional. Each worked in a methodical and clean way and any debris was cleared on a daily basis with very little, if any, mess left for us to clear. The job was completed in the time stated which was great. The kitchen looks and is fabulous in the design of best use and the aesthetic appeal. We are thrilled with the kitchen and the price and we didn't encounter a single problem.

Creative Kitchen - Design,not to be confused with Kitchen Design - Lancashire. We ordered two Neff ovens very competitively priced and delivered within less than a week. They were well packed, delivery and communication with Craig was fantastic. I would highly recommend and would use them again.00

Had 5 kitchens from these now one for my own home and 4 for my rental properties. Great price and service would highly recommend.
