Recently purchased two sofas and a few washable rugs, love all the products, the ability to configure and the washable covers (so do our dogs). Great customer service and delivery experience, all orders arrived on or before the estimated time provided with great communication along the way!
Very quick delivery and customer service. The Ciello couch is very comfortable and the 2 storage ottomans provide utility and extra comfort! We’ve already removed stains from our white fabric with ease. Recommend!!

The sofa is excellent. We are totally satisfied. It's beautiful, comfortable and the possibility of adapting it to new configurations is very nice. On the other hand, the delivery was poor. Initially, we only received part of the boxes and we were left for several days without an update from the delivery company as to when the rest of the boxes would arrive. We live in a relatively small apartment and spent more than a week with huge boxes taking up our living room without being able to assemble the sofa. Apart from all the inconvenience, I think it spoils the experience, as we were so looking forward to using our sofa, but we only had part of it for over a week. In the end, the rest of the sofa was delivered and everything worked out, but it did somewhat affect the experience. Note: throughout this process, Cozey's service was excellent and I was always treated very well by all the assistants I had contact with. Kudos
We bought a large section of the Ciello XL collection (basically two extra large beds next to each other) and we couldn't be happier!! The packaging was AMAZING. The setup was SUPER SIMPLE. The quality is GREAT. VERY plush pillows!!! No heavy lifting. Little tip: we made the mistake not to read the instructions and started to put the parts together without any direction - BUT it is MUCH EASIER, if you start connecting the parts from the left side, because all the parts will slide into each other EASY and without any problems. We LOVE LOVE LOVE this sofa and our six dogs do too, because now we all get to cuddle together. ♥

We LOVE the sectional we purchased. It’s so comfy and fits our space really well. We had a few issues - delivery by Purolator sue to mail strike and a small problem with connection of 2 pieces and for each of these issues, the support we received from Cozey was AMAZING!!

Furniture was just what we wanted but delivery was a nightmare because one item went astray and Canpar will not deliver partial shipments so the driver took it all back to the terminal 8 times when we had been told it was out for delivery by the end of the day.

The delivery process was a nightmare to say the least. The third party you use to deliver your products is really unreliable and made the whole experience dreadful. I was really looking forward to receiving my Cozey couch and by the end of it I was frustrated and annoyed.

I searched for a while for a wall shelf that had enough storage space and was wide enough to store things I needed, like books. I came across the Altitude Wall Shelf with the Storage Cabinet and decided to purchase it, and I don’t regret it at all. It’s a beautiful shelf, very functional, and simple to install. I’m also happy to support a Canadian company who has exceptional customer service.
Bought the couch without trying it since there is no pop up story in Vancouver anymore. Cozey provided free swatch samples to make sure the color and texture were right. The sofa (Ciello) is easy to assemble. Materials are good, and it’s definitely more comfortable than our previous IKEA one. The only thing I would watch out for is the size as you don’t get a total length or size from the webpage information. We measured the best possible but realized when the 3 sections arrived that it’s a big sofa and took considerably more living room space. If you measure well and get the details all together it shouldn’t be a problem.

Cozey customer service is wonderful. Literally one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. I wanted to switch from a chaise to an ottoman and they were prompt, helpful, and just genuinely lovely to work with. Makes me a lifelong fan of this brand.
