Great customer service.
Couch looks great, but it is very stiff, firm and uncomfortable
I bought a couch. But a returned a piece since it didn't work in out setup. I returned it within 30 days of purchase. I contacted cozey about my return. They recieved it on january 29 and would take about 10 to get the money back. Close to 500$. It's been way more than 10 days and no one will get back to me. They say buy canadian....awful experience...not happy

The swatches took a very long time to get delivered once they were shipped . One of the corduroy fabric swatches that I was very interested was not in the package . The color of the missing swatch was a dark green

The main dislike was that yes it's written in the manual but no one reads that until it's time you assemble.. I had my couch delivered 2 weeks before I was going to assemble due to renovations only to find out the Chaise cushion is unusable for 2 more weeks after unboxing! A heads up would have saved me a lot of grief.

The assembly was a difficult as the pieces are built very tight. But generally well built ! I love the couch It is very comfy.
Great and comfortable. It took longer taking everything out of the box then putting it together.
My couch was delivered with a missing piece (the seat) and was delayed for 3 weeks which ruined the experience for us in our new house. I patiently waited as long as I could, wondering WHY Cozey did not just send a replacement immediately? I had to take matters into my own hands to escalate to both Cozey and a Purolator and never felt a sense of urgency from either. I knew something was wrong but no one would admit the piece was LOST. Truly a horrible experience, I understand things happen but this could have been handled way better to ensure our satisfaction with a very expensive couch. I will not recommend Cozey to anyone after this experience.
I LOVE THIS SOFA! I've been thinking about getting the Ciello XL for a while. I finally did and it's the best purchase I've made in the past few years. It's comfortable, easy to assemble and the perfect size for both me and my partner to lounge. Highly recommend it!
Le Cielo en corduroy couleur dune est très beau. Il est plutôt facile à assembler. Le divan est correct, sans plus. L’aspect positif est qu’il soit lavable, avec deux jeunes enfants c’est ce qui m’a attiré. Toutefois, il faut savoir que c’est un divan très mou et à donc l’air « sloppy » très rapidement et on doit souvent masser la coussins pour leur redonner une forme. Nous avons aussi eu à changer le grand coussin de chaise longue car l’autre était tout plat mais on sent encore le cadrage dur en dessous du coussin et ça fait en sorte que la chaise n’est pas la même hauteur que le restant du divan et bcp moins confortable. Je dirais que pour le prix, on peut trouver bien mieux ailleurs si on ne cherche pas quelque chose de lavable.

Love my couch but they need to provide delivery dates. It’s a surprise when they deliver your couch.
This was my second purchase from Cozey, and both times, I was very satisfied. I ordered on December 12, and the sofa arrived at my apartment door on January 21 before noon. The assembly was easy, and I’m very happy with the quality. Highly recommended!
