Contacted Cozey regarding one of my ciello cushions that hadn't fluffed up like the others. Cozey customer service was fast and solved the problem by sending a new cushion free of charge. Was very impressed and happy with my experience.
We have called several times recently and each time we immediately get to a live person who always knows the answers to our questions. We did an exchange as well and it was made so easy by the person helping us. I’m very impressed by Cozey and their quality.
We got the Atmosohere couch, 4 seater with two ottomans. Great design, modern sleek look, easy to assemble and love the interchangeable covers. Material is high quality as well. Great price for a huge couch which would typically be almost double the cost. Two cons which may or may not be an issue for some, one is that the ottomans with storage don’t have hinges, would be nice to have to easily open and close lid. As well, slight design issue with interlocking pieces…would be better if the middle pieces also interlocked to the corner bases to avoid sliding backwards especially if the couch is free floating in a room. Adding a couple extra metal brackets would be nice, or the plastic sliding locks underneath that the other couch brands have.
The product is beautiful and it arrived quickly. We had the altitude shelf installed by a professional, and they commented that the hinges were difficult to work with and not easily adjustable.
The salesperson was extremely helpful.
Ordering was easy. Great payment options including PayPal. Being able to log in to see the expected delivery dates was very good. Delivery by ground mail was easy too. It took longer to unbox than to set up! Easy instruction booklet and everything was labeled for ease. Quality is great just how I had expected from the videos and website. Only issue is how long it's taking for the plateu cushion to plump up, I am impatient even though it takes up to 2 weeks.

The quality of this carpet is excellent. I love it. So much more affordable than other washable rugs. It also washes beautifully.
My shipment has not arrived, I had to contact the shipping company myself as they missed two shipping dates. I had to take two days off work to be home for the delivery that didn’t show up. Customer service has not been able to provide me any clear communication as to when I will actually receive the couch. My experience so far has not been satisfactory.
We still haven't received our couch. Shipping from Cozey was very quick, and the product arrived in Calgary promptly. However, it’s been sitting in a Canpar warehouse, and they have no clear delivery timeline. The low rating is due to the shipping company’s unreliability, even though Cozey fulfilled its part. Canpar's expected delivery dates have appeared and then disappeared, forcing me to make arrangements to be home unnecessarily. This has cost me money and time off work. Very dissatisfied so far.
Nous avons, depuis quelques jours, le Cielo en gris pâle avec méridienne et nous l’aimons beaucoup. Très beau et confortable. Le livret d’instruction est bien fait et quand on le suit, l’installation se fait facilement. (🤣l’erreur que nous n’avons pas fait au départ) Nous recommandons Cozey!

Well... I keep getting reminders to leave a review but it's been two months since Cozey charged my card and I still haven't received my couch. It might be good when it arrives but shipping time estimates have been waaaaay off. I do live kinda remote but it's not that hard to deliver here, even Amazon delivers.
