We were very impressed with the whole process. From ordering the free colour swatches, the ordering process, the very fast shipping, to the easy assembly. The couches are beautiful, sturdy, and exactly as pictured. Also, very comfortable!

I've been looking for a new couch for two years. I was so excited to order. While the shipping company wasn't communicating, Cozey helped not only find me information about my delivery but also made sure the company expedited my delivery. They were extremely kind, caring, and helpful. I was able to assemble the entire couch by myself. It was well packaged and so easy to put together. I absolutely love my new couch so much.
I had some issues with my sofa, but the customer service team was absolutely amazing! They were responsive, attentive, and resolved my problem quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find such a high level of care and professionalism. I’m very impressed and would highly recommend their products.

I love this couch. It's super easy to put together and it's sooo comfortable. The material is really soft but very durable. I highly recommend this product.
Still waiting on swatches
I love my Cozey living furniture due to its quality, and when I had problems with my order, the customer service promptly solved it.
On the day of delivery, 10 minutes before I was due to leave for a meeting, the delivery individual called my cell and asked if I could come downstairs to my condo lobby to help him with the delivery.
Couches are great and very comfortable, service was outstanding! Delivery was quick! I wanted to rate 5 stars but it wouldn’t let me
Our couch was delayed and Cozey was more than accommodating to help right their error. Once the couch arrived, we were pleased at the simplicity of the set up and the comfort of the couch. We also received a rug that fits our area perfectly! We will definitely order from here again. :)
We ordered our couch in October and it got delayed over and over till mid-January due to problems with their manufacturer in Mexico. However, customer service was lovely throughout.
The customer service was amazing, we were able to figure out exactly the configuration we wanted in store and staff were super friendly. The couch arrived within the estimated delivery window and the instructions were clear on how to assemble it. It’s also super comfortable!

Shelves look really nice but didn’t hold enough weight for my needs (30lb per shelf level). That and only two screws made me very uncomfortable. I modified the shelves by added 8 lag screws that screwed through supports, the dry wall and finally 3.5” into wood studs. Hopefully they update the design to compensate for larger loads, in the future.
What a fantastic experience!! I purchased the Cielo couch set and it’s worth every penny. It’s also customizable, so if you end up changing your mind because the set is too big, you don’t have to return the entire couch, you just send back the seat that you don’t need. The return process is exceptional and the agent on the phone is awesome. Overall, I had such a positive experience from start to finish.

Amazing to buy from a company in Canada. We started with carpet. Met all our expectations and we look forward to buying more. Our next sofa will definitely be a Cozey!
