I loved the quality of the Gucci bag I received. It was exactly as described and came in a timely manner. However, there was little to no packaging for the bag- which I paid over $800 for. While I’m happy with my purchase, I did expect a significantly more professional and considerate package for the item I ordered.

I have been looking at this site for many years. I always wondered how I would feel about buying a vintage Louis Vuitton. I took the plunge and ordered a brief case. I LOVE It!! It is exactly how it was described. It fits my computer perfectly and it was 1/3 of the original price. It is in excellent condition, a little wear on the edging, but I am alright with that for the savings. I will definitely do this again! Couture USA carries quality products. I purchased a Louis Vuitton neverfull GM for my daughter for her college graduation. The transaction was easy, and the shipping was fast. SO, about this bag...OMG. First of all, I got it for HUNDREDS of dollars less than I would have paid at LV. The condition was listed as gently used, and besides the very few pen marks on the interior, it looked brand new. It even came in the original LV box, which was in excellent condition as well. I’m so happy with this purchase, and my daughter was so excited. She knew she’d be getting a pre loved bag for her first LV, and she’s more than happy with her gift. I’ve been buying from here for years, and have never been disappointed.
