I purchased a LV key/card holder in a pattern I like very much but dont see much anymore. It arrived quickly and is exactly as described. I trust authenticity here and I dont worry about it being counterfeit since i didnt purchase it on LV website. I read that 90 percent of LV products used in public are counterfeit .

The purse was returned after I received it. Had more wear and tear than pic showed.

I purchased the Mat Fowler purse. After receiving it, I was not pleased with the handlers at each end of the purse. Where each strap attached to the purse was well worn to the point that they were torn. I spoke with Alaine on the phone and she apologized and assured me I would get my full refund back. I received an email stating my refund had been returned. I will shop with Couture Boutique again. Thanks.
