There was a mix up with my order and I received a slightly different product to the one I ordered. When I contacted Cotswold they were excellent. The lady was very apologetic and responded promptly and sorted the issue right away, as well as issuing me with a refund.

Excellent service from the staff both in store and on the phone. The sofa we ordered arrived within a week and is of excellent quality, we are super pleased with our purchase.

Stephanie was a helpful assistant and had a good knowledge about your product ranges. Your carrier charges £50 to bring a fold-down table 6 miles to my home. A couple of weeks ago it was the same cost for a smaller fold-down table, a clock and a standing lamp. The charges are far too high and I suggest you speak to your carrier about revising how he calculates them.

I have given this a five star despite my order being lost in the post. I emailed the company got an instant reply that my delivery would be looked into. In 10 mins I had a phone call saying a replacement was on its way. I received this replacement within 48 hrs. I can honestly say that their customer service is exemplary.

So great to see the store open again. Such a wonderful and inspiring shop with good quality furniture and accessories at great prices. We purchase a Ferrara chair for our desk and are delighted with it. We will be back again soon.
