Very helpful girl helped me make my decision on purchasing a table. She was happy to write down all the details and gave me enough information to order it whilst I dithered. In the end I bought it and she wrapped it well and helped me with it to the car.

Product lovely but they printed the wrong number on the package (I checked my order and I ordered to correct address). So I had to make a guess as to where it had been delivered based on DPDs photo - 30 doors away! Not the best service.

Great service. Bought a mirror from the Moretón on Marsh store, but it was a little too big when we got home, but exchanged it at the Batley store. It would be great to see the shop in Batley with similar things that the store in the cotswolds had, but having spoken to the shop assistant, they were planning on this. Looking forward to visit this store again.
Simon and his team are a joy to work with, nothing was too much trouble when we purchased some stock with them (you would expect that but its not always the case with some suppliers), we at Kettleandkirk.com wish them the very best in all they do and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, keep up the good work, PS. The two chaps who did the heavy lifting of furniture on the day I was there are a great asset to the company and made my experience at the warehouse and shop much more easier and enjoyable. Having previously bought many items across three houses from Cotswold Grey I, once again, travelled up from Devon on 5/8/21 to look for furniture and accessories for another. I could not have been made to feel less welcome, which was an achievement from all three staff, clearly very busy in conversation at the till, who didn’t even acknowledge my existence, from entering to leaving the shop. Feeling very disgruntled I went to The Cotswold Company in Stow on the Wold and spent my £12000 there instead! Glad for any company who can afford to loose business, well done!
