We bought our heat pump about three years ago. Wow, we will never go back to the old methods of heating. We have underfloor heating with a cool energy pump. This company is amazing. The pump they supplied is robust, economical and easy to use. But the after sales service is second to none. They are always there for technical support. And answer any question or query you might have. We have just had further help from Dave after due to an extension to our property the heat pump needed to be relocated. He knew exactly what adjustments were needed, and he also uses language you can follow easily. He will take as much time with you to make sure you are happy with the response, and reassures you He is always on the end of a call or email. Why can't all company's be like this

We had a boiler failure and just before Christmas too! Cool Energy arranged for a replacement to be delivered the next day. They also contacted the manufacturer for me who solved an issue I had with the (Trianco electric) boiler. All working and warm again. I also got quick responses to phone calls and emails. There was no indication at any stage during purchase that customs charges would apply once the item arrived in Ireland. Other firms like Screwfix take care of this so that what you pay in Ireland is broadly the same as if the item was bought in the UK. The value of the item supplied was €217 I paid €67 in taxes ( 31%) on top of a delivery charge of €42. I will not use this company again.

We had problems with the plumber that installed the Cool Energy air source pump. We contacted Cool Energy direct and they were able to commission the unit, applied for our grant and came out again to reassure us and fix the teething problems we had. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Would recommend.

False advertising. Friend of mine showed me ad for theirs solar PV kit. Different inverters in small print description from head. Ad stating multiple times that everything needed is in kit, while missing major switches to comply with norms, no secondary connectors for second string that will be required due to sizing. Avoid

We are in our 3rd winter of using this system and this is the worst we can't get our house warm it's not even worth switching the system on. We are looking at additional heating.

I purchased the full pre-plumb package for my barn conversion and Cool Energy couldnt have been more helpful. I spoke to a lovely lady who sent me a property assesment form and links to installation diagrams on the website to give me an idea of what would be fitted. They directed me to an approved installer who fitted my equipment and signed everything off. From start to finish they were brilliant and when i had a question regarding settings on the controller, there tech support was great.

We initially had problems due to being locked down for covid & not being able to visit our holiday home in Scotland. We contacted Cool Energy & one of their technical advisors, Dave Watson talked me through setting up the water heating system & it is now working 100%. We would like to thank the entire Cool Energy team for their professionalism & prompt response in solving our problem. Most companies would have given us the brush off on a system that is nearly 3 years old but this made no difference to them & I can highly recommend them.

We have just had our boiler replaced with a Cool Energy invertech heat pump. From initial enquiry through to recommending a local installer, we cant fault the service. The heat pump is very quiet and so far seems very efficient to run. Very happy!

Ordered a heat pump from these guys, cannot thank them enough for the help and advice given. Talked me through the options and helped me understand the technical side for my plumber and electrician to install. Product arrived when they said it would, looks the part and now ready for install. Cannot wait to have green energy running through my home!

Excellent customer service from start to finish- Chris was particularly helpful and even responded to technical queries over the weekend and managed to give clear guidance to resolve any error codes which are designed to protect the system- whilst the errors were a concern they correctly point out issues so that corrective action can be taken- for example I was not aware I needed a buffer tank but the error codes I was getting allowed Chris to identify the problem with my heating system which were no fault of the heat inverter pump- by putting the buffer tank in the errors were cleared. I would highly recommend the CoolEnergy

Really helpful company, easy to deal with, no pressure selling and seem to know everything when it comes to heat pumps. They explained everything we needed and how it would work simply for us to understand. We went for the ecostore hot water system (which looks very cool) with a separate heating heat pump unit and so far its costing much less to run than our old oil boiler.
