I cant access my account to do any of the course studies

I needed 56 correct answers to pass in the State of Virginia. I took the test prior to taking this course and scored 52. After taking the course I answered 62 of the questions from memory without opening a book. I took the rest of the time to correctly answer many more and pass the test. I can’t imagine trying to pass without this powerful resource. Don’t hesitate. Course material is thorough. Practice tests were critical. I give this course a 10 out of 10. Worth $250 many times over. Best money I have spent since starting my own business by a long shot.

Hello, all is okay, but after finished the course and the survey I was not able to review the license application guideline. How can I access the license application guideline?

Whereas I still need to actually study the pre-tabbed books, the purchase experience was adequate and overall satisfactory. However I do consider the price a bit high but do hope worth the expense. Thank you, Pedro Nival

$2,400 in books should have required a signature. Box was damaged and tapped back together, missing 1 book was shipped later. Again no signature required left on my front porch on the weekend while I was away. Book was damaged but still usable. Good thing I didn’t schedule the class based on the initial order as one of the books was back ordered. Over all, not a great or secure process for a $2,400 purchase. Should come complete and should require signature. Books shouldn’t be left in the rain.

The practice questions and tabs are extremely beneficial to success on the test. Also, I had to scramble to get everything done in time and Kelly in the office was awesome to work with and very helpful! I used them on all but one of my contractor exams, and that's only because I didn't know about them the first time. Highly recommend!

Watching through and highlighting the IBC book was great prep in getting familiar with the chapters and finding key words. Some emphasis could be put on using the index. I utilized the index on a majority of the questions to jump to the topic section quick and was able to complete all the questions with about 30 minutes left to check my "marked" questions. The Concrete Manual was not utilized much and again, the index and chapter titles were enough to get me though the few questions it required. The Concrete Manual training for the F11 exam was useless in my opinion. Overall this video was great and I would recommend it. For the practice Q&A - Jumble up the questions so they aren't in sequential order with the chapters.

CTC Website says they process orders in 3-5 business days. I placed an order over 1 week ago and paid for 2 day shipping. I have not received the products or any shipping info. email got a canned response

The course prepared me with what to concentrate on in effort to understand the residential code and OSHA. Highly recommend taking the course and quizzes.

Great response and fast shipping

The training material was pretty minimal. The practice test is just a powerpoint slideshow of someone presenting and answering questions. There is no actual practice test you can take.
