The item quality wasn't what I expected. The first time I inserted a poster into the frame and closed it, the frame split halfway across. I ordered 2. Didn't even open the other one. I'd used another type years ago and it was larger, heavier, and more durable. Will look for something like that in the future.

The website was very user friendly, and it was easy to order what I needed. I purchased an Emergency Response Kit magnet to indicate where the kit will be stored in my office. There were two options and also size options. I have not ordered from this site before or have I received my product yet.
I ordered signs and am STILL waiting for shipping and delivery 10 days later. This will definitely be my last order with this company.

Placed order 4/24. I have not even received a shipment notice nor delivery date at this time. Is this normal?
The Vendor has not informed me of when the signs will ship, let alone when I will receive them. I hope this goes well. More communication would be great.
You had exactly what I was looking for
I wanted to re-order the same things that I had previously ordered, but there's no purchase history or re-order button, so I kinda had to start over. I reached out in chat, but by the time they responded, I has already finished my new order. I like the product, so I came back.
I was trying to pay with my credit card and it kept declining it. I have no issues with my credit card. I even called my bank. I tried maybe three or four times and every time it would say declined the only way I was able to make the payment was using my PayPal account, which I did not want to do so for that reason I give it a one star.
