Your COVID 19 signs are the best on the market. Trust me, I've seen most vendor options. I contacted a CSR to ask about signs that adhere to carpet. She was honest enough to give me a recommendation to AVOID placing the permanent adhesion signs on any type of carpet. However, I did buy signs for our tile floors, and hand washing signs. Your graphic design team has done a great job creating easy-to-read signage with clean design components.

A little confusing. I had selected an item to purchase and entered the quantity. I wanted to add to the quantity and hit the "back" button but the selection reverted back to Aluminum Sign even though I had just selected something under Labels so, I ended up purchasing signs. Thank goodness for Dean in customer service. Once I reviewed my order confirmation and noticed the error, I contacted customer service. Dean was able to make the changes I needed right a way so 5 stars to Dean but only 3 for the ordering experience.

The website was OK to find the signs we need & placing the order seemed to go well. However, we have not received an estimated ship after several days since entering the order. After sending my review yesterday, received email with shipping status & tracking number. Received email this morning with anticipated delivery end of this week. This additional follow-up is good service & appreciated.

I found what I was looking for and would return to make use of their custom sign capabilities. After placing and submitting my order I couldn't find a place on the website to revise my order, as I had selected the wrong size sign on one of the signs I'd ordered. The emailed receipt and order acknowledgement arrived very quickly so I replied to that explaining my error and requesting my order be revised. I'm awaiting a reply and trust that my order will be fulfilled accurately.
