Expensive shipping costs, they charged my card immediately, and over a week later they still haven't shipped anything. I've asked them for an update, and they've admitted they're overwhelmed.
This is the third time I've ordered a custom sign and each experience has been great. Website is easy to use, the design and ordering is simple and effective. Shipping and delivery is fairly quick, especially considering the fact that I'm getting a custom made sign.

I need these signs for an inspection. I therefore paid for two-day shipping when I ordered these last Thursday. Today, it is the following Monday and it says the order just left Louisville, KY (I'm in Michigan). Here's to hoping the guy drives fast and all night....
