I was trying to order 2" vinyl floor tape in a couple colors and 3" clear tape. The search didn't find the items, the pictures did not match, and the groupings under the floor category did not bring all the items together and did not help. This took like 1 minute on the 5S Store sight and now it seems very confusing.
As I just placed my order, the only thing I have to review is the communication. I have received far too many emails from you in the 2 days since placing my order. I believe only 2 of the approximate 5-6 of them pertained to the order itself.

Order placed said it would notify when shipped. Order place on May 17 now May 20 and a lot of advertising emails but no notice of shipment.
I emailed product questions before ordering and never got a response. Ordered anyhow, fingers crossed, hoping I get what I think I bought. I Emailed a tax certificate to the provided address and got no reply. We'll have to see if the tax comes off the invoice.

The product was delivered with a typo and resent with the same typo. It took a third delivery to get ones we can actually use. A bit frustrating.
