These are good people, I've ordered a few things from them and they've always proved to be honest trustworthy and assessable for any issues.

I had an issue with a pair of Footjoy tour Alpha shoes, which were 5 months old, where the stitching was coming undone below the lace eyes. I contacted complete golfer and the service they provided was exceptional. I had sent a picture and also had to send them back at no cost to myself. Once they'd received them back they phoned and agreed to replace them. I received the new pair the next day via DPD. Unfortunately the new pair were spikeless so I phoned them again. The very next day DPD were on my doorstep with a new spiked pair and to take the other pair back. What great service, everyone I spoke to in the team were so helpful.. thank you complete golfer

Best service I’ve had in the golf industry! I was struggling to get a particular driver with a certain shaft in, but noticed they had the shaft in another driver in stock. I spoke to Scott, I asked the question whether they could swap these for me, and not only could they do it, they offered me a deal and held the driver for two days for me! I’ll be buying all my golf clubs from here in the future! Very impressed.

I ordered 2 wedges late on Friday night. The order was dealt with Sat morning, I received further updates from the courier and the clubs arrived at the scheduled time Tuesday morning. Very competitive pricing and easy process to navigate.

I got in touch via the online chat, which was great. They price matched a competitor for 17 polo shirts with no quibbles. The transaction was seamless and I received the shirts 5 days later. They even phoned me the day before to check that I was ok for delivery. I can highly recommend this golf retailer.

What fantastic service. Spent 90 minutes trying putters with help and advice from 3 staff including the manager, I actually didn't end up buying one as they help me find the right one but the correct length is no longer available from the manufacturer. They were patient and knowledgeable and didn't pressure me into buying for the sake of it. Special thanks to Toby for spending time locating certain models and helping me with specs. Will certainly be going to them first in future. Well worth my 73 mile drive to go see them in Northwood.

It is fair to say my first vist to this shop did not go well. However, following a review, Keith contacted me and could not have been nicer or more helpful. When things go wrong, and eventually they always will, it is the sign of a good business how they rectify the situation, and Keith was excellent. So thank you for your help and support getting things back on track. It was appreciated.

I have just purchased a golf trolley from these guys. I am new to the game so I called to discuss the options with the guys and I had the most honest advice I’ve ever received. Then once I decided which one to buy I simply purchased as I had such good experience. After looking to see if I had over paid I found out I had the best deal by a long way compared to every retailer on the first Google page after searching for the specific trolley. Thennnn I find out that it was to be delivered the very next day. Amazing customer service, unbelievable prices and the service is amazing. Cannot recommend them enough, I won’t shop anywhere else now for all my golf supplies.

Started using CompleteGolfer about 6 months ago and every experience just gets better. Cracking price matching and super fast delivery. I’d just purchased a new driver and could tell within first week that wasn’t the right spec for me (my fault) so used the 30 day club return policy. Spoke to store and arranged a new driver which arrived next working day. They also collected the one I was returning. Absolutely outstanding service. I had a 18mth old sim2 driver that had bottom crown fall off. Emailed complete golfer next day they emailed me. I posted club to them Next day they sent it to Taylormade a week later I received a new stealth 2 driver from Taylormade It came without a headcover I said is this normal to complete golfer two days later a stealth 2headcover arrived from them. The service was excellent the best I’ve received from a golf company they deserve 5atars phil

The customer service and support from this company is outstanding, they are so keen to help and provide a good experience that makes you want to go back and buy again from them. I had an issue with a trolley I had owned for quite a few years which they did there very best to resolve. In the end I purchased a new one for which I recieved a great deal of guidance and advice in order for me to get the right one. All in all a reminder of what truely good service with a smile is all about.

I ordered a set of hedgehog winter wheel rims for my MotorCaddy push trolley but when they arrived, they were too big. I rang customer help and spoke to a very helpful gentleman (Alexander?) and explained the situation. He advised that the rims fitted every MotorCaddy trolley except one model, which just happened to be mine! In fairness, the website did state this but I had missed it. I was advised that I could return the hedgehog wheels but Alexander(?) further advised that he thought they could get me some that would fit and to leave it with him. A short while later I received a call and was advised that they could replace them with ones that would fit and that they would ship them out and collect the original ones. I received the replacements ( next day delivery) and they fit perfectly and the originals have been collected to return to their depot. Brilliant customer service! I will definitely use this company again. ps, apologies if I have got Alexander’s name wrong.

Golf shoe leaked after only 3 months. One manager (phone call) insisted shoe would have to be sent for testing. Upon visit to shop, one look at shoes, was given immediate refund. Highly recommend this retailer.

Twice now I've booked a fitting through Complete Golfer (first for Driver and 4 wood, then last week for a driving iron). Each time I have been lucky enough to have David Bunker at Moor Park GC - he's superb. He uses the Trackman data brilliantly to get you fitted with the best possible tools. He's patient, knowledge and professional. I couldn't recommend the process more readily.

I ordered a Powakaddy from Complete Golfer and when it arrived it was faulty. Their response has been great, liaising with Powakaddy, diagnosing the fault and sending a replacement. You can tell how good a company is based on how they deal with problems. Great customer service.
