I purchased a Golf trolley approx. 4 months ago and it recently developed an issue with the motor/ gear box. I have to say the after sales service provided by Keith and the team was faultless and I could not have asked for any more in their efforts to get the trolley repaired. I would have no hesitation in purchasing again from this company particularly knowing the they provide a great customer experience from sale to aftercare.
Purchased an electric trolley, it developed an issue which despite two repairs came back again. They have replaced it with a new one, then there was a slight mix up with the verison handed over which meant Alex personally delivered the correct one last night (despite nearly an hour's drive out of his way). At all times the service from Keith & all the team has been excellent so despite the problems with the actually trolley unit I'd have no hesitation in buying from them again, due to the positive way they have handled it.
