Angie is great!! She always answers, or calls on time. Takes the time to ask and answer my questions. I give her 9/10 only because no one or anything is perfect. Keep up the great job ❤️

My nurse Angie was a great listener when I really needed someone to talk too today. On top of All my other illnesses I'm just getting ever COVID as well as grieving the loss of my daughter and she was totally comfortable sharing my feelings with. She's on top of all my appointments upcoming as well as scheduling our next appointment. She was very easy to talk too And I'm looking forward to our next visit next month.

My nurse is amazing! She is always organized and personable. She makes me feel at ease and makes very helpful suggestions. She is always available to answer any questions I may have. She always provides resources to assist in my wellness journey. I am very fortunate to be apart of this program.
April is always concerned about what my situation is. She always has resources for me !! She explains things to me in great details! She is always so polite kind and helpful!!
Coach April has been great. She listens to me and gives me suggestions when I need them. I really wouldn't want another coach.
It was a very good experience. If any of my vitals were not normal, I received a call almost immediately. It was reassuring to know I was being monitored by the staff. If I needed anything, meds, supplies or just reassurance, the staff was extremely helpful.
