Très bien, facile à utiliser !
Enjoyed it, very nice experience
Tres bien ,rien,de particulier ,je mets excelent. Cord
We had an absolutely fabulous time and was so easy to book and pay for the tickets. Definitely will use next time. Very reasonably priced.
Good experience
Good service. The only glich was that our tickets went to my junk mail, luckily I always check it.
I tried to call customer service, but they have France number, and I tried to ask for reschedule but they couldn't resolve my query, and finally didn't rescheduled and not refunded. Poor customer service.
Booked the tickets for the museum. Made a mistake with a date. I emailed to the company they did not even answer so I had to call to France, they refused to change dates. I had to call directly to the museum and they changed the dates for me without the problem.
A day out at the London Aquarium. Tickets bought the night before online with a discount. Very easy and straightforward. Our 1.5 year old loved it. Very buggy friendly and has changing facilities. Lots of places on the Southbank to eat that cater for families with young children.
We had great fun well good day out easy to find plenty of time to look around will defo do it again
Great!!! Thank TFL
Everything was just the way it should be!
Je me suis régalé!
Très déçues de ce site, aucunes réponses par mail ni par téléphone.
All done efficiently and straightforwardly
I had some problems actually picking up my tickets.
Rapide et efficace
I accidentally made the purchase twice, they did not refund my second purchase, after we’d been on the London eye, we were refused access to the river cruise as at 12:15pm we had apparently missed the last slot of the day
Easy fast efficient no problems
I’m very upset because I booked three tickets for SEA LIFE London Aquarium - London Eye + Madame Tussauds + Sea Life Date of reservation Saturday, December 28th 2019 - 3:45 pm (Start : 3:45 pm) Adult: 2, Infant : 2. I went for Madame Tussaud at 3.35pm but they said we close at 4pm. Then I went for London Eye via taxi but they said your tickets are not valid but after sometime manager came and said your tickets are fine and you can go ahead. Unfortunately there was also a long queue and cold waiting for me there with two infants. They were bothered by long queue and they were scared so we couldn’t enjoy there. I’m therefore requesting you to refund me money so that I can feel grateful to you. Thanks in advance Faheem Ahmed buriro
