We ordered multiple items from Collins; however, after a few weeks we still have not received two of the items we ordered. After informing Collins Flags that we hadn’t received the two items, I had to push to get a possible shipment date or delivery date. We still have not received the two items, and I’m beginning to believe they didn’t have the items at all. I was told the flags would ship this Friday (after 3 weeks), and we still have not received any sort of delivery date or tracking number. This has been quite an unpleasant experience. We ordered a total of 12 flags from multiple companies and these two flags are the last thing holding us up.
Seems to be well made for outdoor use. Definitely heavier weight than the big box store ones we have purchased before. It is hot and rainy here in Florida so we need a well-made flag to stand up to our weather.
Shipping was extremely fast and product was high quality.
The only draw back is that you cant review your past purchases online
