tried ordering several times on line - never went through. Then called in to order didn't get quite what i thought i was ordering. But was able to deal with what i got. I usually had pretty good luck here. maybe just a one time thing - I hope
I ordered flags in Mid-November and they were supposedly delivered on Nov. 28th. I did not receive the order. I emailed and was in contact with the company. They did an investigation which I don't know the outcome of. However, someone from customer service spoke with me and informed me that my order would be resent, which it was. I received the flags a few days later. I commend the response from the customer service department and I am very thankful they took the time to investigate and send me out a new order. I don't know if the original order was never delivered or stolen from my doorstep, but, your company made the situation right. Thank you again! I will being ordering in the future!
