The device was ordered on a weekend and arrived within the 5 working days, as prescribed. I had a couple of teething issues, while 'playing' with it, an email to Christian and he replied within about half an hour explained what I needed to fix it. Still got to go out and use it properly but so far, so good.

Had an issue setting up my specific criteria, Christian assisted me in doing this over various messages and reference videos, you wouldn't get that level of aftersales service anywhere else. Part of the reason for buying my new unit were the features installed in it, the size and C & M are a company who are local to me and l know go above and beyond normal customer service as I've bought from the previously.

Christian has been very helpful and informative so far. I’ve only bought the unit recently and not yet used it in anger, but will be putting it to good use over the next couple of months

Excellent service have had a hgv beginners satnav & have now updated to a new live sat nav can't fault this company Christian was so helpful & couldn't do enough from helping me start out advising on what would be good for the type of deliveries to helping when I had a problem with charger would highly recommend this company.

We purchased this satnav for two reasons, one, it can be tailored for caravan use, and it was cheaper than others. The routing and mapping when working correctly, is good and it does the job. Unfortunately we had an issue with the voice commands, being intermittent, just one example was 20 minutes before arrival at a camp site we lost voice commands, not good when you are towing, and don’t know the area. At this point I will add that Christian is a very good word smith, and I expect a lengthy and detailed reply contradicting what I say on this review. I received many detailed responses from Christian over several emails. As I persevered with the satnav the 14 day return period expired, and communication soured somewhat after Christian intimated that the issue might be down to user settings. Christian eventually took the unit back, a gave us a full refund. My advice to any potential buyers is, test the unit thoroughly before the 14 day return period expires. Over to you Christian.

Good support, but very poor instructions should do a rewrite for the uk especially for the basic operation ie online operation
