Satnav arrived a few days after ordering. Got sent a link straight away with some very useful video's on using the unit. Having only used tom tom before they were very useful. Did a test run yesterday, put in a route to local campsite which I knew had two routes , one good, one really bad, Set as car took me the really bad way even for a car. Switched to caravan settings , perfect. Can't fault the sat nav and at a fraction of the price of a equivalent tomtom. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service, I feel confident that backup and help will be quickly forthcoming should I need it, sat nav will give you choice of routes which was very helpful to avoid a road my wife hates to use. Re routing was very fast and screen was bright and easy to see all in all a well designed sat nav at a price you can't ignore
Brilliant piece of kit
Not actually used the SatNav yet. Once ordered communication with Christian for setting the SatNav up was extremely good and helpful. Delivery was prompt and by Royal Mail so no dodgy leaving the parcel in an unsafe place due to not being in. Yes, this did mean going to the depot to pick it up, but that's better and more secure than what courier companies do.
Great piece of kit i bought the camper advanced nav and contacted Christian for info on updates got a reply straight away and was sent some useful videos. Good clear directions and 7" screen is just the right size. Happycamper 👌
Fantastic service
Bought the Motorhome system with Dash Cam and reversing camera. Haven't actually installed or tried the system yet, but will already give 5 stars on the communication, package and price alone. If the promise of support and lifetime map updates is up to scratch as i'm sure it will be, the total package seems superb value for money.
Great after sales service from Christian, I had a problem due to myself not being tec savvy and he sent me a personal 15 minute video of how to resolve the problem.

I have used the advanced motorhome sat nav for a few months now. Good clear screen, easy to use, instruction videos. One downside is the speaker is a little tinny, but for the price its a great piece of kit so good I have just ordered another after recommending the system to a family member.
