Chuckling Goat Kefir has utterly transformed my health, eases my autoimmune symptoms and healed my leaky gut. I can now eat more with less flare ups and sleep better! The Sensitive Kefir Lotion helped some contact dermatitis I had from metallic sunglasses, nothing else worked but the kefir lotion took the inflammation down and cleared the skin. I wholly recommend, for belly and skin!

It took a day or two to get used to the unusual taste, but I quickly became addicted to it! I really look forward to my morning glass of Chuckling Goat Kefir. Make sure to follow the instructions re opening the bottle for the first time - it really is as fizzy as champagne.

Fantastic service. I was a bit worried about the taste of the kefir based on some of the reviews, but I found it to be OK. I'm still building up to the recommended daily intake, in the way they recommend, because it's fairly lively stuff.
