Great tasting kefir. Nothing like the stuff they are trying to pass off as kefir in the supermarkets. Delivery was prompt also. The only downside is the expense but I still wouldn’t take stars off for that because it is a quality product. Gut health is so important, so buy this and see the results. It can be life changing!!

So I jumper straight in an bought a subscription and regretted it as soon as ai tasted the first mouthful lol! BUT BEAR WITH IT!! By day three I was drinking the full 170ml without flinching. The 4th bottle was a little lumpy at times and I did struggle with that first thing in the morning. But otherwise it was fine. I already take a prebiotic tablet so didn't notice any difference health wise

Having read Shann’s book I was interested in the products and checked out CG’s website. Wondering what might suit me best, I used the live chat facility to discuss my issues with a nutritionist. She recommended a couple of products that might help and included links to for me to continue my research (not just on the CG website). I ordered several products including the kefir and collagen powder (which are definitely best in a smoothie!).

Pure boswellia serrata really does work. I would say my rotary cuff pain has gone from a 8 out of 10 down to a 3/4 taking it twice a day.

I was very surprised to get an e-mail telling me how to open the bottle. I got the bowl ready but didn’t quite believe it until I loosed the cap and it started bubbling up! So I give them full marks for good customer care as I don’t want any of this precious stuff to be wasted. Love the product! Too early days to say what effect it’s had.

Day One) My lord this stuff has a tang! May well try putting it into a smoothie or something tomorrow, though only God knows what I can add it to that will mask that intensity. So far I'm still alive and have had no adverse affects though and if this is good for my gut health then it's worth it. How one can get used to this I will never understand but it's still more palatable than wheatgrass!
