Wandi helped me when my application was pending and I didn’t know how long I should wait. When asked for info to be sent to a website I sent it to Wandi instead but it was dealt with anyway which I was pleased and relieved about.

Very helpful Customer Service from Wandile - very quick to respond and also resolved any issues. Thank you. Regarding the credit checks for Guarantors - they are very comprehensive - the results come as a pdf download and are perfect for any Landlord wanting to check Guarantors will be able to pay rent should the tenant default. After only having joined 24 hours ago we have already had two checks come through and are very happy with the service.

I received a call from Wandile in relation to one of my uploads and he was extremely professional. I also had issues uploading documents and upon using the help chat I received an immediate response from Jessica who assisted me in resolving the issue. Response turnaround and Customer Service from Wandile and Jessica has been excellent.

I was having trouble with the app and the chat facility was really helpful and pretty quick. My only negative so far is I found it difficult to verify my identity and the problem was my out of date passport, the app didn’t tell me what the problem was it just refused to work which was frustrating.

Wanted to rent a house, was told I had to use checkboard app to complete the referencing stage. Turns out that they only accept a passport and driving licence for ID. Having never been over seas, and not having to drive I don't have either. This meant I couldn't continue with the referencing through the app. After contacting them via the number on their webside, they simply said there was nothing they could do and that I would have to speak with my housing agency, who in turn said that by law they are not allowed to go without me finishing the referencing stage as it's used to prevent any possible money fraud. I'm now constanly reminded via email to complete my ID check, reminding me that I'm no longer able to getthe dream property me and my partner wanted to rent, and the smug "help" hyperlink they provide for if you are having issues with this step simply refers you to a page that states "Sorry at the moment we are not accepting any other documents." Not everyone has a passport and driving licence.. they clearly know this to be the case otherwise they wouldn't have a help section about it. So why no alternative?
