I’m surprised to hear that people have success with this. I went through it all, with some difficulty, and at the end it said some sections were incomplete. Tried again and found it failed at other points. After about 90 minutes of trying I gave it up as a bad job.

The process was ok but there seemed to be a glitch in filling out the address history. It kept asking for the last 3 years when we had lived at our address for 16 years. When I went back later and filled it in it went through straight away. My partner had a similar problem and she had to use the chat facility and the problem was that once filled in it doesn't show but the info seems to go through ok. It really shouldn't have that big on the software.

I thought the request was a scam but Wandile at Checkboard helped me through the whole process - great service.
