Great value and no problem returning items
Bought a game that I'd been wanting for a while, got exactly what I ordered for a relatively cheap price. Not much to say here. Arrived whole, decently packaged and in time. Have my standards dropped if "nothing was wrong with it" is cause for five stars?
No nonsense to deal with, sound people working there, was a last-minute purchase on Xmas eve (forgot gaming headset to go with the already purchased gaming keyboard!) and it had to go smoothly. Not surprised, have had great dealings with CEX in different branches before but had to leave a review for this - life savers!

I bought the product and it came faulty . I believe that the staff does not check their items before sell which it's a shame .
ordered a PS3 And 3 games (LittleBigPlanet, LittleBigPlanet 2 and LittleBigPlanet 3) when it all arrived i realised that they had give me 2 of the same game (LittleBigPlanet) and my LittleBigPlanet 2 disc didn't work as it was damaged and the PS3 wouldn't read it. The PS3 did work fine which is great

The product was good butni would have assumed it came with a cable to also plug in. That's fine. Not the end of the world but there was pen ink marks all over the controller. There wasn't even a hint at trying to clean it
There was a great selection and the 5 yrs warranty is great. It arrived really quickly but unfortunately one side of the strap was missing, I received the same side of the strap, the side with the fastener was missing. Once I let them know a new strap was with me in days. Customer Service was excellent.
Very fast but the disc arrived scratched and would not work
i bought a wired xbox 360 controller for €32 and it came absolutely filthy covered in dirt and grime and i also bought a game and the whole disc was scratched to bits how could you even send products like this in such horrible conditions just awful.
As described, good condition. Checked every part as I was very paranoid about damage. Couldn’t be happier tbh and fast delivery.
