When my recent raid system broke, instead of just automatically telling me I need to purchase a new one, John and Ian from CCK took the time to try and problem solve the issues with my current drive. Unfortunately the issue was not resolvable so John talked me through the various different options available to me enabling me to make a confident decision on which system was the best for me!
