Item delivered on time and in good condition. Item came with a European mains plug not a UK one: cctech apologised and offered to send a UK one to me. There was no manual with the item; cctech offered tech support to assist with set up plus a link to an online copy of the manual. At the time of purchase cctech were offering the best price in the market by about £20 (on a £450 purchase).

Unknown to me there would have been a wait for the HD I had ordered. James got in touch straight away to either give me the choice of waiting or suggesting another product which could be despatched immediately. As it was a good alternative I went with the other product as I was needing a new HD pretty quickly. Thanks for the speedy delivery and help with this order.
