Worst company Ive dealt with. we chose them based on good online ratings, but they've done an awful job in highlighting defects in the property. We've gone for a Level3 Building Survey so we get the best understanding of the property condition but they've failed to highlight any of those. when we moved in, we had to deal with windows and doors that needed repair, damaged internal walls, and cracks on the roof. All were not even mentioned on the report! Total waste of money

I required a RICS level 2 surveyor report. I obtained several quotes and from one company I have used before whom are very good. However this company were nearly twice the price of C&C Surveying. The other quotes were marginally more expensive. After instructing C&C Surveying I had good communication through Amy. C&C Surveying promptly contacted the estate agent and had arranged a date to attend the property. Within 5 working days I had the report back with me. It was money well worth spent since it highlighted a neighbouring property drainpipe going into the garage of the property I am interested in purchasing. The survey itself was informative and easy to understand. My only criticism is that I am aware of other surveyors use a drone to inspect and photograph the condition of the roof close up. Though, at the price point I paid, I think it was good value for money. I would recommend C&C Surveying.

They responded promptly to my enquiry, and the survey was under way with minimum of delay. There was some difficulty with my login to the website, but a phone call to the office seemed to clear that up. I cannot comment on the quality of the survey as I am not a qualified surveyor, but it appeared to me to be thorough and comprehensive.
