Not bad. The process was comparable to many of the other online book buyback programs. However, it took longer to receive my payment via PayPal in comparison to some of the other vendors. The quoted amount was exactly what I received in the final payment. Fortunately, I was not ripped off - as vendors such as Powell's are known for quoting an online offer and upon actual receipt of the books pay you half based on some dubious criteria. At least, Cash4Books provided the exact same amount quoted. The payment process just needs to be on par with TextbookRush to get 5 stars.
They sent the labels, I sent the books. They let me know when they received the books, as well as when they were accepted, I got the checks about a week later!
