This is the greatest idea ever - I wish I had found this company years ago. I was able to sell textbooks that were just sitting around, collecting dust. Super easy to use - I just needed to find a box to ship my books. A check came a week later and my house is cleaner. I wish I had done this a long time ago!

At first it was good. I would get a decent amount for the books. As I turned more and more I would get offered just as decent but more books would get rejected (because of writing) but I check them too and I knew which ones had writing and which ones didn't and so finally it would cost more to ship back the books than what they offer. I'll find another buyer.

A fantastic experience, quick and painless - my only concern is that with my shipment being processed on Friday, there was no "next step" listed, and so I had an entire weekend of "Did they just steal my books?"

Easy to do....would recommend not sending a request for a review, prior to paying the person though! I received this request before I was paid, then received the pay the next day. Timing is important!!

I am a first time user. I completed and followed all steps to send off books and yet I received no payment. I called the customer service and that was 2 days ago. I feel like this was a false advertising. I would like someone to call me back so we could resolve this other than that....I feel like I was scammed.
