Placed online order with adding the express delivery. No email update on order status and need to call find out why order not yet delivered after 2 days. They explained my order majority items no stock in Melbourne and will shipping from Queensland interstate. One of their staff Simon promised one item from Melbourne on board for delivery but took few days arrived. The delivery from Queensland took more than one week. As very disappointed and non-acceptable service from them, I did cancelled my whole order and ordered from one computer retailer in Melbourne which only took 2 days on the delivery plus far more better prices. So I am sure that CartidgesDirect not buying direct from Brother and should be buying from other retails. BAD EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM CARTIDGESDIRECT AGAIN.
